Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Consular Service Centre (CDC) legalise Dutch documents so that they can be used abroad. In most cases, you will need to have the document legalised somewhere else first, such as District Court , Chamber of Commerce or a Notary Public.
Once the CDC has legalised your document, for the final step of the legalisation process you will often need to take it to the Embassy or Consulate unless the country has signed up to the Hague Convention then the Apostille with be sufficient.
The CDC only legalises original documents or official copies of original Dutch documents
The legalisation process carried out by the CDC is official confirmation that the signature, seal and stamp appearing on your document is genuine
CDN have developed a one stop solution with our Apostille Legalisation Service. Our trained team can provide a complete service taking your document to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, District Court, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) along with the relevant Embassy or Consulate.
Once the documents have been completed CDN can either return the documents to you, or alternatively we can forward them onto your client directly on your behalf. Scanned copies and tracking numbers will be emailed to you
